Unsatisfactory products can be exchanged or fully refunded within 30 days of the original purchase date. Only shipping fees will apply. If the return is due to product faults, AstroAI will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and cover shipping costs. If the return/replacement is due to personal reasons, buyers are responsible for the shipping fee. We do not charge a restocking fee for any after-sales services.

  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • The original package should be intact.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, AstroAI refunds the cost of the product itself.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns may be rejected if the items do not meet the above requirements.

    Refund requests will not be processed for items with non-quality issues that have expired past the 30-day window.

    How do I return an item?

    To start the return process, please ensure you have your order number on hand and email support@astroai.com. We will send you a reply within 24-48 working hours.

    To ensure the refund is processed promptly, please send a return notification to us with the following information if you ship the product back without our shipping label:

  • Name of the courier
  • Tracking number
  • Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

    AstroAI warrants all products to be of the highest quality in material, craftsmanship, and service. This warranty is effective starting from the date of purchase.

    A replacement item will be dispatched based on warranty claims about quality issues. If a replacement is not feasible or desired, AstroAI will provide a partial refund based on the device’s usage duration.

    Warranty length varies depending on the specific product you purchased. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial, rental, or any other use for which the product is not intended. There are no additional warranties, other than the warranties expressly set forth with AstroAI products.

    This warranty is non-transferable. AstroAI is not responsible in any way for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure, users’ negligence and abuse, users’ non-compliance with the user manual, and any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product packaging and manual.

    Note: Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame as the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after a full refund is processed.

    Process (please provide the following information):

  • Order number from online purchases made through AstroAI or AstroAI's authorized resellers.
  • A brief explanation of the product(s) issue and condition
  • Visible proof of the defective item(s) (photos or video) and/or its serial number
  • Prepare to return defective products for quality inspection (AstroAl will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items and is responsible for the shipping costs of arranging reshipment; buyers will cover the return shipping fee if the product is being returned for personal reasons).
  • Note: Warranty claim may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

    This warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, or vandalism
  • Items with an expired warranty period
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Improper or inadequate maintenance
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Damage received during the return transit
